Retail Jewellery Sales

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Jewellery Sales Advisor to join the team at Niessing Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Raffles City. This is a full-time position that plays an important role in deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Niessing brand and deliver a great experience to our customers. Your role also involves daily operational matters and working cross-functionally to achieve the best outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Brand Ambassador

1. Be well-groomed and professional at all times.
2. Share our brand story and product knowledge with customers.
3. Support store events and VIP activities.

Achieve Sales Target

1. Meet individual and team sales targets.
2. Encourage customers to explore more products.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service

1. Provide a warm, personalised, and luxury shopping experience.
2. Assist customers with enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.

Build Customer Relationships

1. Welcome new customers and grow your client network.
2. Keep customer information updated.
3. Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email.

Maintain Store Presentation

1. Keep the boutique clean and organised.
2. Ensure products are displayed beautifully at all times.

Support Stock & Operations

1. Assist with stock receiving, packing, and stock counts.
2. Use POS and CRM systems for daily transactions and customer records.

Work as a Team

1. Support colleagues and create a positive work environment.
2. Attend daily briefings.

What we're looking for

1. Previous retail or sales experience (luxury, jewellery, fashion, or beauty industry is an advantage).
2. Interest in jewellery and luxury products.
3. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with good communication skills.
4. Sales-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
5. Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to details, especially when handling luxury products.
6. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
7. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
8. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work well in a team.
9. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.

No jewellery experience? No worries! Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and passion for sales and customer service. ✨
