Retail Manager

at a chain of home-grown convenience stores

Location: Multiple locations

Employment: Full-time position

Age: 21 or above (need to handle tobacco)

Experience: Strong retail background

Main responsibilities:

• Cashier - help customers check out their purchases
• Attend to customers' enquiries
• Fulfil orders from online delivery platforms
• Replenish display shelves
• Maintain stock in the storeroom
• Maintain cleanliness within store premises
• Monitor expiry dates of products
• Manage colleague(s)
• Coach colleague(s)

Desirable traits:

• Humble and willing to adapt to a new culture
• With a personality that sparks joy
• Physically able - work will involve carrying heavy products
• Language skills - able to read and understand English product labels
• Able and willing to work on rotating shifts
