RETAIL MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

As a Management Trainee, you will assist and report directly to the Managing Director. You will be trained in the full suite of business operations

• Receives training and perform duties in various departments such as Sales, Procurement, Project, Operations etc.
• Learn from management to acquire information on methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Sets performance goals and objectives with management
• Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with management
• Provide support as needed in various departments

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as no experience is required
• Team player and able to work independently
• Outspoken with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
