Retail Manager / Luxury Retail MNC / Central

Our Client is one of a leader in the Luxury Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in line with brand and sales strategy.
• Act as the store representative within the local market and support brand presence activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to support business decisions.
• Drive store sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and daily sales performance tracking
• Optimise store profitability through effective management of sales, costs, and manpower.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal floor coverage, especially during peak periods.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve strong service and sales performance.
• Support recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development activities.
• Oversee store operations including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock takes, and proper documentation.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, including safety, security, and reporting standards.
• Participate in monthly retail meetings, regional trainings and business discussions, and engage with senior management.
• Perform ad-hoc projects/initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Public Relations or any relevant studies.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and people management experience in a retail store environment.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen and operational discipline.
• Hands-on, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
