We are looking for a seasoned retail professional with in-depth knowledge of sporting goods to lead our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership to the retail team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Drive sales and achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure attractive and effective visual merchandising displays to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop retail staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management in the sporting goods industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
