Job Description

• Position Title: Retail Merchandiser
• Working Location: Island-wide
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm & Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3200
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on products and services.
• Finalize sales and accurately document all transactions.
• Oversee daily retail operations, prioritizing service excellence.
• Cultivate strong customer relations through various customer touch points.
• Ensure service quality is maintained at the highest standard to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Supervise retail site operations, including management of staff, stock levels, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Keep close tabs on inventory, performing restocks as needed to guarantee product availability.
• Maintain the visual appeal of merchandise and uphold store cleanliness to set standards.
• Manage the operation of roadshows, promotional activities, and events at retail locations.
• If applicable, oversee a team of retail employees, providing guidance and supervision.
• Handle the fulfilment process of customer orders for store pickup or delivery services.
• Coordinate efficiently the order processing, delivery, and return protocols for customer purchases.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product knowledge, order processing, shipment and returns.
