Retail Sales Asscoiate

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting the customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI targets
• Promote the brand with professional knowledge
• Assist the Shop in-charge in the daily operations of the store including stock management, visual merchandising , reporting, etc
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy shop image

Requirements:

• Cheerful disposition with strong passion for retail sales
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
