Responsibilities

• Process sales, trade-in, and loan transactions for gold and timepieces accurately to meet customer needs
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone enquiries to provide information and support
• Identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth store operations
• Perform general administrative tasks including data entry to maintain accurate records
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support daily store operations and housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Maintain a pleasant and tidy store appearance to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Complete other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic computer knowledge to perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members effectively
