Greet walk-in customers and provide a warm, consultative experience to understand their health, medical, or lifestyle needs.
Conduct live, engaging demonstrations of BUZUD products (e.g., explaining how a CGM sensor tracks glucose levels or how to read metrics on an ECG smart ring).
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively cross-selling complementary health accessories or wellness packages.
Maintain an immaculate, welcoming, and premium environment on the showroom floor in line with BUZUD’s brand standards.
Assist existing customers with troubleshooting, basic technical support, or product calibration queries.
Handle cash/cashless transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process product warranties or exchanges efficiently.
Monitor stock levels on the retail floor and assist in replenishing inventory from the store stockroom.
Participate in regular stock takes, inventory audits, and ensure all display units are fully charged, functional, and clean.
Provide feedback from customers to the management team regarding product demand, common queries, or potential areas for improvement.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience. Experience in health supplements, consumer electronics, or beauty/wellness retail is a major advantage.
Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning, operating, and explaining mobile apps and health-tech hardware to customers of varying tech backgrounds (especially the elderly).
