Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Promote premium health and wellness products while achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and daily store opening/closing duties.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support day-to-day retail operations and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about retail, health, and wellness products.
