Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,600/month (commensurate with relevant experience)

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

• Monthly Sales Incentives: Up to $1,000 based on individual and store performance

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Process sales transactions accurately.

• Handle product enquiries and after-sales service professionally.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

• Support day-to-day retail operations.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and retail sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Willing to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week

• 44 hours per week

• Rotating shifts based on operational requirements

Shifts

• 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM

• 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Inclusive of breaks)

• 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Work Location

• Island-wide retail outlets

• Store deployment will be discussed during the hiring process
