Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable golf equipment, apparel and accessories based on their needs.
• Provide professional product recommendations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashiering duties and process sales transactions accurately.
• Replenish merchandise, maintain attractive product displays and support inventory checks.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

• Interest in golf, sporting goods or retail sales; product knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop product knowledge through training.
