Job Summary

Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Retail Sales Executive to promote fine jewellery sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support retail operations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain fine jewellery features clearly to customers to promote sales and achieve targets
• Deliver attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately to maintain smooth retail operations
• Adapt to a five-day work week with flexible shifts to meet business needs
• Demonstrate commitment and drive in retail sales to pursue career progression opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain a positive attitude to embrace training and development opportunities
• Use effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales
• Communicate proficiently in English and an additional language to assist a multilingual customer base
• No prior experience required

Salary

• $2400-$3200 before commission and bonus
