Responsibilities:
• Provide professional customer service and product recommendations in store.
• Support sales activities, customer enquiries and after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarters on purchasing and product-related matters.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Prepare sales plans, weekly reports and market feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related discipline ispreferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and overseas headquarters
• Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and numerical skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively during busy periods
• Comfortable with flexible working hours including weekends where required
