Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in recommending products according to customers’ needs and answering customers’ queries.

• Provide high standard of customer service to customers.

• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge when explaining contact lens features and care.

• Strive to increase sales revenue in the shop

• Promote and upsell / cross sell contact lenses and related products to achieve sales targets.

• Perform cashiering duties.

• Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishing and tracking stocks in the shop.

• Maintain a neat and visually appealing store display, and a clean and organized environment.

• Any other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum higher secondary/A Level/college in any field

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in contact lens, cosmetic or fashion industry

• Positive, self-motivated and results-oriented

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to work retail hours, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and on Public Holidays

• Location: Centrepoint, Orchard Road

• Opening Hours: 11 am to 8.30 pm daily

• 5-day work week.

• Basic salary + commission
