About this Team

What's your role?

• Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers

• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies

• Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information

• Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly

• To establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customer

• We are open to hiring at various levels, Junior, Senior, or Supervisor, who will be considered for the role of Store Lead depending on experience and capability!

What's the skill required?

• Good command of written and spoken English and 中文

• Able to work 5-Day a week, shift rotation, 11AM - 9PM

• Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers

• A bubbly, cheerful and joy personality

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your Retail Operation Manager and senior will guide you through our products information and installation guidelines.After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for installation, you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters. You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
