Retail Sales Promoter

Job Roles: -

1)Greet and assist customers with product selection.

2) Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

3) Maintain shop cleanliness, displays, and fitting room standards.

4) Support team communication and contribute to overall shop performance.

5) Assist in daily operational tasks such as stock-taking and replenishment.

6) Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.

Requirement: -

1) Prior retail with lingerie, apparel and Shoes experience preferred.

2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3) Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.

4) Demonstrates a positive attitude towards teamwork.

5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.

6) Attention to detail in shop presentation and housekeeping.

7) Must be able to work rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.

8) Bilingual skills (English/Chinese) preferred

This position involves assisting customers with lingerie fittings. To provide a respectful and comfortable experience, female staff are required.
