You will be trained to operate all the stations at our studio/cafe/kiosk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Communicate across various departments as part of operational duties
- Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure company’s standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Assist outlet’s management with accounting of sales, wastage and revenue
- Provide guidance to fellow colleagues
- Deliver service excellence
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by outlet manager

Minimum experience is required as training will be provided.
