RETAIL SHOP MANAGER

We are looking for a Retail Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily retail store operations.

* Lead, supervise and train retail staff.

* Ensure excellent customer service.

* Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.

* Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

* Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

* Diploma or above (or equivalent experience).

* At least 2 years of retail management experience.

* Good communication and leadership skills.

* Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

* Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage for serving Chinese-speaking customers
