Retail Supervisor - Gold & Jewellery

Job Remuneration

• Basic Salary $2500 - $2700 (depending on experience)
• Increment after probation period and annual salary increment
• + Personal Commission

Job Requirement

• Experience in jewellery trade for at least 2 years
• Ability to converse in English and another language
• 5.5 work week (6 Offs a month)
• Able to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays)

Job Responsibilities

• Able to lead and bring team to work cohesively for personal commission and store sales target
• Willingness and keen to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and patience to provide good service and assistance to customers
• Assist managers in inventory management and housekeeping
• Apply basic negotiation skills and techniques
• Basic computer skills for operation of POS system
