Retail Supervisor / Retail MNC / Central

Our client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manager and oversee the store’s daily operations.
• Achieve personal sales goals while inspiring the team to reach overall store targets.
• Evaluate, train, and mentor staff in line with policies to meet business strategies and sales objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to attract new customers and cultivate long-terms customer relationships.
• Introduce and promote the brand with extensive product knowledge.
• Uphold exceptional store presentation standards and ensure efficient stock management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail sales
• Proven work experience in management level
• Good Customer Service
• Good Communication Skills
• Confident and outgoing
