Job Description

• Introducing and present products with professional knowledge (Training will be provided)
• Build relationships with each customer
• Identifying the needs of our customers, and to engage with them in offering professional suggestions to make the right flooring choice.
• Follow up promptly with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to improve service excellence and resolve issues.

Job Requirements

•  Diploma or equivalent
•  1 year experience required.
•  Outgoing and pleasant personality
•  Focus and be able to work independently
•  Hard worker with a positive “Can Do” attitude
•  Sales driven with positive mindset and strong drive to succeed
•  Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers)
•  Capable to work in weekends.
