Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect e-commerce businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
• Research prospects using AI tools to personalise outreach and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify potential customers and schedule high-quality product demonstrations.
• Conduct product demos and close smaller sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while nurturing future opportunities.
• Become a product expert and effectively communicate how our solution solves customer challenges.
• Share customer feedback with the Product and Marketing teams to improve our offering.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or relevant experience
• Exposure to B2B SaaS or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Confident speaking with customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
