Job Responsibilities

1. Collect cash payments
2. Collect and manage sales orders
3. Arrange and assist with deliveries
4. Match invoices with sales orders
5. Check inventory and order accuracy
6. Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA)
7. Support inventory management processes
8. Handle customer enquiries and problem solving
9. Assist with sales coordination

Requirements

1. Experience with inventory software is preferred
2. Basic accounting or admin knowledge is an advantage
3. Able to work independently and responsibly
4. Good communication skills
5. Careful, organized, and detail-oriented
6. Clever and fast learner with problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

1. Microsoft Excel knowledge
2. Sales coordination experience
3. Inventory and stock control experience
