Sales Account Executive (East / IT Industry)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to manage key government accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of government accounts, driving revenue and strengthening customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs, coordinate with presales teams, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including tenders, bid reviews, contract renewals, payments, and project follow-ups.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality tender submissions and customer deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, sales pipeline, and market insights.

Requirements

• Strong sales presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities.
