Sales Account Manager (ID6121)
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $5,000 – $6,500 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including procurement, engineering, and management teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with technical teams to introduce new products and value-added solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contracts.
• Monitor sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular sales reports.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify industry trends.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, technical discussions, and project planning.
