Sales Admin

Working Location:  Woodlands

Off -day : 6 days per month

Working Hours:  8:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

*Work from home arrangement for Saturday*

Cleanshades is a growing home and commercial services company in Singapore specialising in upholstery and other cleaning services . We're a small, close-knit team and we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to help us grow by making sure no customer or opportunity ever falls through the cracks.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, good with follow-up, comfortable with email communication, and enjoys supporting customers. You don’t need to do hard selling or cold calling, but you must be proactive in reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, and keeping our customer records properly updated.

Customer and sales support

• Respond to inbound enquiries promptly (same-day)
• Follow up on quotes and service requests
• Send reminders and booking confirmations
• Handle basic admin and scheduling support
• Email schools, childcares, clinics, offices, and other B2B prospects based on company direction
• Find nearby leads based on where our team is already servicing
• Reactivate warm, dormant, and lost leads

CRM & tracking

• Maintain our lead tracker and CRM
• Update lead statuses daily
• Prepare simple weekly pipeline reports
• Organise and document customer records

Follow-ups

• Follow up with interested customers who haven't confirmed
• Track schools and businesses through longer sales cycles
• Ensure no enquiry goes unanswered or untracked

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Good written communication in English (Mandarin is a bonus for some clients)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable - you follow things through
• Comfortable with email outreach - not pushy, but proactive
• Self-starter who can manage tasks without being micromanaged
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or similar
• Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales coordination is preferred
• No cold-calling required - this is a relationship-building, not a hard-sell, role

WHAT WE OFFER

• Basic salary of SGD $3,000 – $3,500 depending on experience
