SPD is seeking a Sales & Admin Executive to assist in carrying out sales and marketing activities, including develop marketing materials and handling sales enquiries. The incumbent will work closely with the administrative and production teams to ensure all sales and production functions are operating seamlessly. In addition, the incumbent will undertake the role of admin support for SPD’s School Canteen Enclave Project, assisting in the processing of invoices and procurement administration relating to the project.
B. JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Marketing Coordination
1.1 Assist in the design and execution of marketing plans and materials/content (digital and print), in consultation with the team, including working with PWD artists to curate new merchandise designs.
1.2 Handle sales order processing (via e-shop/ online platforms, email requests and walk-in) and invoicing.
1.3 Coordinate orders/customisations, ensuring that they are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
1.4 Build and maintain good customer relations as the primary service contact.
1.5 Consolidate periodic sales reports and manage the customer database.
2. Day-to-Day Operations and Administrative Duties
2.1 Work closely with the production teams/ craftsmen to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of orders.
2.2 Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure that invoices relating to the canteen enclave project are processed on time, and that all procurement matters are in order.
2.3 Assist in the maintenance of sales database, amongst other knowledge management duties.
2.4 Assist in the review and update of production workshop inventory.
2.4 Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Reporting Officer.
JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Business Administration / Business Studies/ Marketing / Finance, and any related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant sales & admin, or e-commerce marketing experience.
• A self-motivated team player, adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Strong proficiency in design software e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or other related e-commerce sales platform knowledge would be advantageous.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and marketing skills.
