In this client-facing role, you will be an ambassador for one of the most respected names in luxury, delivering exceptional service and cultivating lasting client relationships within a refined boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offer personalised client experiences with deep product storytelling and impeccable presentation
2. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clientele
3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of fine watches and jewellery craftsmanship
4. Maintain boutique excellence in terms of appearance, customer service, and operations
5. Collaborate with a team to achieve and exceed sales performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years’ retail experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
2. Enthusiastic about luxury watches and fine jewellery
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and service-focused
5. Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
