About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Events Executive who work with the Sales and Events Manager, build strong client relationships, and position Mama Shelter Singapore as a must-visit destination for travelers and locals alike.

You will be responsible for:

• Execute sales strategies across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

• Build strong partnerships with key accounts, agencies, and local businesses.

• Assist in negotiations and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

• Arrange showroom visits and presentations for target clients.

• Promote seasonal and critical revenue opportunities to drive business growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in hospitality sales (minimum 2 years, preferably in lifestyle hotels).

• Experience with Events organization and management is a plus.

• A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

• Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

• Creative, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and people.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
