Sales & Marketing Executive

About Company:

Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description:

- Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.

- Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.

- Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control and other monthly reports assigned.

- Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.

- Manage promoters’ targets, deployment and sell out achievement. Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters

- Supports promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept

- Work closely with customers/dealers/retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.

- Manage customers’ AR and AP.

- Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.

- Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging.

- Carry out advertising and promotion activities (i.e. product launches, product training and promotions etc.)

- Work on product features, benefits and commercials.

- Management marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability.

- Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives.

- Any ad-hoc projects assigned in relation to operation of the business

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent

- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in consumer products

- Experience in commercial project sales (B2B) and dealers management

- Good interpersonal and coordination skills

- Proficient in MS Excel (must know) and PowerPoint

- Knowledgeable of Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage

- Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions

- Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required

Compensation:

- Work location: Bedok, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
