Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Executives to support our sales & marketing team in business development, client engagement, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in developing a career in professional consulting, B2B sales, and client relationship management. Fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Assist with lead generation through research and outbound outreach.
• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate webinars, seminars, and networking events.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and prepare weekly sales reports.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors.
• Provide administrative support for consulting projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client enquiries promptly.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
