Job Description:

• Develop annual sales plans, sales targets, and business growth strategies.
• Manage customer accounts and support material planning for food packaging requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Handle customer feedback, claims, and service-related issues promptly.
• Work with sales administration and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery execution.
• Prepare sales, marketing, and business performance reports for management review.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Conduct day trips to Johor Bahru to support printing accuracy and production coordination.
• Travel overseas to strengthen customer relationships and provide business support.
• Liaise with Japan headquarters on technical and quality matters while sourcing new products, suppliers, and cost-effective packaging solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in business related studies
• At least 2 - 3 years related working experience in trading business.
• Knowledge of trading terms (E.g. Inco terms) is preferred.
• Occasional travel to Johor Bahru (JB) for business meetings with suppliers
• Valid Class 3 driving license
