Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Support sales and marketing function to achieve sales targets, maintain and grow existing customer accounts, as well as identify new sales opportunities, within the ASEAN & Oceania region.
• Research competitor products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising strategies while maintaining robust research databases.
• Track data and optimize product line sales, costs, and profitability margins across entities within the ASEAN & Oceania region.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results against strategic plans and forecasts across entities within the ASEAN & Oceania region.
• Provide Management with actionable insights, including sales and marketing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
• Organize regional meetings and prepare regional reports to align stakeholder strategies.
• Partner with global manufacturing plants to align regional market demand with production and product supply lines.
• Serve as the primary centre of contact between the Global Business Headquarters in Japan and the Regional Business Headquarters.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior knowledge or experience with bearings, ball screws, and linear guides will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to effectively liaise with global and regional teams.
