Sales And Marketing Representative (Freight Forwarding)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Accredited Cargo Line Pte. Ltd. in the Kallang Central Region. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing client relationships within the freight forwarding industry. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Generating new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling

2. Preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients

3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing customers

4. Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong relationships

5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

6. Passionate about the freight forwarding industry and driven to succeed
