Sales & Operations Executive, Retail

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales & Operations Executive to support our growing retail, O2O, and Modern Trade channels. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and making a direct impact on business performance, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales growth across multiple channels:

Sales & Operations

• Support daily retail operations and ensure seamless business execution

• Coordinate across outlets, warehouse, customer service, and partners

O2O & Digital Platforms

• Manage online platforms (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda)

• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfilment

Outlet Support

• Work closely with store teams to resolve operational issues

• Monitor stock availability and customer concerns

Inventory Management

• Track inventory levels across outlets and online channels

• Coordinate replenishment and resolve discrepancies

Promotions & Campaigns

• Execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

• Track performance and provide insights for improvement

Modern Trade

• Manage operations with key accounts (e.g. Cold Storage, 7-Eleven)

• Coordinate with buyers and internal teams for smooth distribution

Pricing & Product Management

• Maintain accurate pricing across all channels

• Support SKU listing, product setup, and updates

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales and operational reports

• Analyse trends to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Operations (Retail / FMCG preferred)
✔️ Hands-on experience with O2O platforms (Grab, Foodpanda is a plus)
✔️ Exposure to Modern Trade accounts is advantageous
✔️ Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI / SAP is a bonus)
✔️ Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
✔️ A proactive, results-driven team player who can work independently
