Sales & Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, online platforms, and walk-ins
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Prepare quotations and promotional proposals
• Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
• Support membership sales, renewals, and customer retention initiatives

Project Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media platforms (personal or business accounts)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus
• Prior sales or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply
• Full-time position preferred.
