Sales & Service Engineer

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the key person in gaining business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.

•  Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned territory (i.e. lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting).

• Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, performance improvement and other request to customers.

• Engage in continual improvement, productivity and efficiency with customer by performing data and performance analysis, reporting and following up actions

• “Hands-on” servicing of accounts which includes but is not limited to; installation and maintenance of equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary.

• Schedule service and sales calls – includes daily, weekly and monthly reporting

• Identify new business needs and opportunities, and develop and implement customized solutions for our customers

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Applicants should be Malaysia Citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Applicants must possess Own Transport.

• You might or might not be a natural-born sales person but have the hunger to learn more about sales and we provide the opportunity for exceptional high earning potential with uncapped commissions!
