Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Follow up with leads and schedule consultation appointments
• Respond promptly to enquiries and maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales and coaching teams to provide a positive customer experience
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

Requirements

• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, sales, or the fitness industry will be an advantage
• Candidates with limited experience will also be considered
