Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties: payments, exchanges, and accurate cash handling

• Conduct inventory tasks including receiving stock and stock-taking

• Prepare F&B orders

• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and overall store hygiene standards

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

• Support promotional activities, seasonal launches, media visits, and brand events when required

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin 
• Retail/customer service experience at least 2years
• Friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
• Good communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling light physical duties
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
