The Sales Trainee is an entry-level position designed for high-potential individuals looking to launch a career in enterprise software sales. You will undergo a structured development program, learning the nuances of ERP business logic, value-based selling, and relationship management. Your primary goal is to support the senior sales team in identifying new business opportunities while developing the skills necessary to manage your own sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and perform cold outreach (calls/emails) to qualify prospects.
• Sales Support: Assist Senior Sales Consultants in preparing presentation decks, product demonstrations, and formal proposals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
• Product Learning: Attend functional training sessions to gain a deep understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing) and their business benefits.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospective clients and our functional consulting team.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
