Sales Assistant

2X Retail Sales Assistant needed, target to onboard by Mid July 24.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve monthly sales target
• To actively approach, attend & attract all walk-in customers
• To provide excellent customer service, build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
• To promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
• To handle all customer complaints and defective items promptly
• To gather feedback on product quality, pricing, and all feedback to Store Manager weekly
• Plan and execute daily and monthly stock ordering and stock count
• Ensure proper store maintenance, eg; display, lightings etc..
• Ensure promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B / Retail Operations industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and sales driven
• Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• To be able to start work on 15 July
