In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

Basic Salary + Commission (Individual & Store) Scheme

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge
- Strive to discover customers' needs and guide them across the brand products
- Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Result-oriented and strives to meet monthly sales target
- Ensuring the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in luxury retail is a plus
- Candidates without relevant experience but have a passion for Retail are still welcome to apply
- Looking for self-driven and energized individuals
- Possess strong interpersonal, and communication skills and is able to understand and communicate fluently in English and native languages
- You must be willing to travel, perform 6 days shift duties (44 hours work week) and public holidays
