Sales Associate

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with IKEA ID team on specifying gas kitchen appliances for customers and cross sell gas water heater and clothes dryer

• Co-ordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers

• Service walk-in customer enquiries at display kiosk and phone enquiries

• Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way

• Achieve individual sales targets

• Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required

What we are looking for:

• Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment)

• Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work on 6-days work week which includes weekends and public holidays. Working location at IKEA Tampines or IKEA Alexandra
