We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing healthcare and retail division. The ideal candidate possesses a strong hunter mindset, is creative in generating new business opportunities, and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the Company’s healthcare products and solutions.
This role is suitable for individuals who are proactive, confident in engaging customers, and passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities and customer accounts within the healthcare and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales growth and long-term business opportunities.
Promote and recommend suitable healthcare products and solutions based on customers’ operational needs and requirements.
Develop and manage an effective sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Achieve individual and departmental sales targets set by the Company.
Customer Engagement & Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide professional account management support.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application training when required.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities effectively.
Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure smooth customer experience and satisfaction.
Monitor customer orders, delivery status, and account receivables.
Sales & Marketing Activities
Work closely with the colleague within the team to support promotional campaigns, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Participate in networking sessions, trade shows, and business events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Contribute creative ideas for sales campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and market expansion opportunities.
Support digital outreach initiatives and leverage various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands.
Gather market feedback and provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
Identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates for management review.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with internal departments to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Possess a hunter mindset with strong initiative and adaptability.
Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and solutions.
Comfortable with outdoor sales activities, client visits, and networking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
