What You'll Be Doing

✨ Welcome and assist customers with their enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

✨ Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments.

✨ Assist with stock receiving, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.

✨ Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

✔ Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

✔ Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred

✔ Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

✔ Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: From $2,300/month

💰 Up to $2,600/month for candidates with relevant experience

💰 Monthly Sales Incentives: Average $500/month upon achieving KPIs

💰 Top performers can earn up to $1,000/month in incentives

Working Hours

📅 5-Day Work Week

⏰ 44 Hours Per Week

Rotating Shifts:

• Opening Shift: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
• Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)
• Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
