Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing beauty and wellness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing spa and beauty treatments, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable beauty and wellness treatments to customers
• Conduct consultations and understand customers' needs
• Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Assist in booking appointments and maintaining customer records
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience in beauty, spa, aesthetics, or related industries preferred
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
