Job Description - Sales Consultant

Company Overview

3SH Recruitment is a growing maid agency in Singapore specializing in domestic helper placements, customer support, and case coordination. We deliver responsible, transparent, and professional service while fostering a supportive environment for growth and ownership.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to manage customer enquiries, understand employer needs, and recommend suitable domestic helpers. You will oversee the full placement process from enquiry to deployment, ensuring professional and responsible service throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support
  • Assess employer requirements to recommend suitable domestic helpers that meet their needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assisting employers in the selection process to facilitate informed decisions
  • Manage documentation and update case progress to ensure accurate and timely records
  • Oversee each placement case from confirmation to deployment, ensuring smooth and efficient processing
  • Provide after-sales support including managing replacements to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Follow up consistently with customers to maintain engagement and resolve any issues
  • Organize and manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of responsibility and professionalism
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate willingness to learn and improve continuously

Required competencies and certifications

  • CEI certification (mandatory for compliance and effective case handling)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in maid agency operations or sales to enhance customer engagement and case management effectiveness

Other Information

Working Arrangement

  • 6-day work week
  • Retail hours: 11am - 8pm or 10am - 6pm, including possible weekend shifts
