Enoch Surfaces is a premium supplier of SPC flooring solutions. We work closely with homeowners, interior designers, renovation contractors, and commercial clients to provide high-quality flooring products and professional installation services.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming sales enquiries from social media platforms, website leads, WhatsApp, phone calls, and referrals.
• Attend to customers by appointment at our showroom and provide professional product consultation.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with contractors and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and sales activities in the company’s CRM or sales system.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, interior designers, and business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of sales experience, preferably in flooring, tiles, renovation materials, building materials, interior design, furniture, or related industries. Others also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
• Customer-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in flooring, renovation, interior design, building materials, or showroom sales.
• Existing network of contractors, interior designers, or renovation industry contacts will be an advantage.
