Job Description
Responsible for securing sales of new vehicles from proper follow up on sales enquiries for the Sales Department in achieving the departmental sales turnover target and profitability.
Job Scope
· Answering and recording of all sales enquiries
· Maintain close follow-up on all enquiries
· Ensure proper record on prospects
· Conduct demonstration and test-drives as requested by customer
· Closing of sales with adherence to the company set policy
· Ensure adequate supplies of selling aids (catalogs, specs sheet, etc.) and sales related documents
· Obtain from customers all necessary documents for registration for their ordered vehicles
· Check to ensure vehicle is in good functional and conditional status for delivery
· Deliver and handover of vehicle to customer
· Follow-up call to customer after delivery to customer
· Assist customers to book servicing appointments for their vehicles upon their request
· Perform any other work as instructed by the superior
Qualification Requirements
· Minimum qualification: N-Level
· Minimum 1-year vehicle sales related experience
Skill Requirements
· Communication skills in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing with other dialects
· Minimum valid Class 3 License
· Possesses own vehicle
Additional Information
· Remuneration package: Basic + Commission + Incentive
· Commission range: S$500 – S$1,200 per unit sold and delivered
